Cocolo Ramen [cocolo in English is heart]

This Ramen Bar is a place to warm your heart in Berlin MItte. It is small, opens daily from 18:00 and expect a queue as soon as the red lampion at the door swings out announcing it is open. The Shōyu, Tan Tan, Tonkotsu, Shio and Miso ramen soups are prepared in an open kitchen with a bar where you can sit and see the dynamic of the cookery, which pretty much looks like a dance with the delicate ingredients who’s aromas fill the air. Each Ramen is delicious and the prices are good. In the warmer months Cocolo opens its back patio to more seating.

Cocolo Ramen [cocolo bedeutet Herz]

Diese Ramen Bar ist ein herzerwärmender Ort in Berlin Mitte. Die kleine Bar ist täglich ab 18.00Uhr geöffnet, eine Warteschlange tut sich auf sobald der rote Lampion an der Tür schwingt und verkündet: es ist angerichtet! Die Shoyu, Tan Tan, Tonkotsu, Shio und Miso Ramen Suppen werden in einer offenen Küche, die Teil der Bar ist zubereitet. Vom Platz aus wird man Zeuge der Dynamik der Kochkunst, die einem Tanz mit den empfindlichen Zutaten nahe kommt, deren Aromen sich in der Luft verbreiten . Jedes Ramen ist lecker und die Preise sind gut. In den wärmeren Monaten öffnet Cocolo Ramen seine Terrasse im Hof, um mehr Sitzplätze anzubieten.
